Alex's review of the film: Minuscule is about a world of creepy crawlies who find their place in the forests and meadows. The main bug is a ladybird who loses her wing so can't fly. She befriends a black ant colony who look after her and she becomes best buddies with one of the main ants of the colony. When some red fire ants come and attack the colony the ants  can only launch one firework to scare them off as they only have one match! The ladybird comes to the rescue and finds some more matches from a picnic site that has been abandoned.

I liked Minuscule because it was very amusing and I liked how all the creatures were so clever, for example when the red fire ants attacked the colony they used twigs and stones and marbles as catapults.

Ellen's review of the film: This film is a long version of some mini films that I have seen and loved, so I was very pleased to see this version. At first, a family of ladybirds are flying around but one gets lost and breaks its wing so it cannot fly back to its family.  This ladybird finds some black ants who help it and then they find an abandoned picnic and find some sugar lumps. Next some red fire ants come and want to take the sugar lumps for themselves. This film is very funny, you will laugh alot when you see it. There is no conversation but there is morse code!  I think this film is great for everyone even your Gran!
