These workshops have been designed to allow the children to interact with the birds and animals. The experienced keepers will aim to reduce anxieties that the children may have around individual animals by creating a calm and relaxed environment. Children will meet and handle some different species of birds of prey, ask the falconers any questions they may have and there will also be opportunities to have a go at flying a hawk. 10 – 11.30am.
