SUBMISSIONS OPEN FOR INTO FILM AWARDS 2018
The Into Film Awards are back as Into Film sets out to find the best young filmmakers, reviewers, film clubs and teachers of the past twelve months - this year with the support of media partner Guardian Teacher Network and education partner NATE. Now in its fourth year, the Awards pay tribute to 5-19 year-olds from across the UK who have demonstrated exceptional achievements in filmmaking and film reviewing, and to educators who have demonstrated inspirational use of film in class.
The Into Film Awards ceremony will take place in March 2018 at a central London venue. It is organised by Into Film, a film education charity supported by the BFI through National Lottery funding, and made possible with support from the film industry through sponsorship. Winners will receive their coveted gong at a star-studded, red carpet event in the presence of industry professionals.
There are 13 awards to be won in 11 categories, including filmmaking categories in live action, documentary and animation, Review of the Year, Educator of the Year, Into Film Club of the Year and Family Film of the Year (in association with First News).
