Gammon and Pineapple Melts
Ingredients (serves 2):
- 2 English muffins, split
- 4 tsp butter
- 4 thick cut slices of ham
- 4 slices Del Monte® Sliced Pineapple in Juice, drained
- 2 good handfuls Red Leicester cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper, to season
- Preheat the grill to a medium heat and lightly toast the four muffin halves (both sides) under the grill.
- Butter each half, then top each with one slice of ham, one Del Monte® Pineapple slice and some grated cheese. Season well.
- Place under the hot grill until bubbling and golden.
