Roald Dahl's Marvellous Medicine Primary Times Children's Choice Awards Review

A must for all the Roald Dahl fans out there. This great show tells you about Roald Dahl's amazing inventions and how crucial they where to his life and played a large part in his books. It largely takes the format of a science class but with a difference and bits and pieces of all our favourite Roald Dahl's books.

Professor Tom Solomon was Roald Dahl's doctor and friend and adds a nice sentimental, personal touch to the stories and lots of humour. There is al lot of participation from the kids in the audience to get the chance to feel what a brain feels like, become a white or red blood cell. The children learn a lot from the show and uses a lot of power point slides and videos. There is a particularly amusing clip of a white blood cell chasing a bug and some good surprise experiments that you can try at home towards the end of the show.

A must for school age kids up to adult as we both thoroughly enjoyed it and would see again.
