Join us for a free family festival full of fun!

Party in the Park will take place from 11am to 4pm on Saturday 25th May in Vulcan Park, Workington.

Workington Town Council has a packed programme planned for you including live music, a local market, fun fair, children’s crafts and entertainment, Astral Circus, face painting and more...

Rainbow Jelly will be providing a kid’s activity area which will include dressing-up, musical instruments and toys; brought to you by a team of entertainers who bring fun, energy and creativity.

Make a day of it and bring a picnic blanket; treat yourself to a nice cold beer or ice cream, catch up with friends while the children play. Everything is free, except for a small charge for the fun fair rides.

This event will also celebrate Workington twinning with Selm for 25 years and will welcome visitors from Germany to help with the celebrations. There will be a tree planting to mark this special occasion and everyone is welcome to join us for this at 12pm in Vulcan Park. Look out for location signs on the day.
