Beautiful 3 bed house in Callis, near Feithye, Turkey
Villalissa is a 3 Bedroom House that is part of a small complex set in the lively beach resort of Calis just along the coast from Fethiye. The complex is far enough away from the main shops and restaurants to be peaceful and relaxing but near enough to walk back from a night out. Calis is surrounded by dramatic scenery, mountains and countryside covered in pine forests and vegetable gardens. Calis is famous for its stunning sunrise and sunsets and its cool breezes. In Calis you are advantageously situated for visits to some of the Turquoise coast’s more fascinating sites and beaches.
Nearby Feithye is a traditional lively Turkish market town. Not as big as Marmaris or Bodrum it still has qualities that set it apart from other Mediterranean holiday centres. Set in the heart of the bay it over looks the sea and is flanked by mountains. There is a lively centre with restaurants, bars and shops.
Accommodation:-
Bedrooms: Bedroom one has a double bed, en suite and air conditioning. Bedrooms two and three each have twin beds and air conditioning.
Bathrooms: The downstairs bathroom has a washbasin and w/c. The first floor has a bath/shower, washbasin and w/c. The second floor bathroom has a shower, was basin, washing machine and w/c.
Kitchen: Built-in hob, large fridge/freezer, electric kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery, etc for six people.
Living room: Lounge/dining room with patio doors leading to outside area with built-in BBQ . TV, DVD player, music system, CDs, some books.

• Which is the closest airport?
Dalaman airport is 50 minutes from the resort.
• Do we need a car?
Not essential as local transport is widely available. There are many excursions which can be booked from the many outlets around.
• How far is the seaside?
10 minutes walk.
• Nearest supermarket?
Just on the edge of the complex.
• Are children welcome?
Yes they are.
• What is there for children to do?
There is a water park in Calis, 10 mins down the road. You can ride a horse around the deserted settlement of Kayakoy. There are numerous boat trips to remote coves, islets and Byzantine ruins. For older kids there is paragliding and white water rafting. The most popular destination is the beach named Butterfly Valley after the many species of butterflies here.
• Are there plenty of places to eat?
Calis has many restaurants. There are also plenty of places to get a meal or snack in Fethiye which is a short car or bus journey away. For those who enjoy walking it is possible to walk along the beach to the centre or you can catch the ferry.
• What is the currency?
Turkish Lire although most shops accept, or change £ sterling or US dollars.
Prices
Prices are charged at a weekly rate. Change over day is a Monday but we may be able to accommodate you otherwise. The majority of flights to the local airport fly in and out on a Monday. Airport transfers can be arranged for an extra charge. The property is cleaned and aired prior to use. Towels and lines are changed weekly.
