The Wiggles return to their Early Childhood Education roots
With launch of free education resource
Wiggle and Learn – Resources for Early Childhood

Early subscribers have chance to win Kiddiwash® portable handwash unit
Australian pre-school group The Wiggles have launched a brand new resource available free to early years settings in the UK, Australia and United States. The founding members of the group, which celebrates its 20th birthday in 2011, studied early childhood education prior to forming The Wiggles and have developed the resource in conjunction with Dr Kathleen Warren and Dr Susanne Payne from their alma mater, Sydney’s Macquarie University.
Accessible via www.wiggletime.com/wiggleandlearn, Wiggle and Learn - Resources for Early Childhood contains over 180 play-based experiences and activities which can support any early childhood years’ curricula.
Through their association with Global Handwashing Day, The Wiggles are teaming up with Tealwash to give practitioners who register before 30th November 2010 the chance to win a Wiggles branded Kiddiwash® portable handwashing unit for their pre-school or nursery. Kiddiwash® units have been designed for nurseries and are a fun and effective way of encouraging young children to wash their hands regularly. Lightweight with a carry handle, the brightly coloured unit can be positioned exactly where it is required at a child friendly level for hand
washing after messy play indoors and outside, after trips to the toilet and before meals and snacks. For more information about Kiddiwash® visit www.kiddiwash.com.
Parents and carers of pre-schoolers will also have the opportunity to get access to some early childhood activities for home from www.wiggletime.com/wiggleandlearn
