Letter Roads Offer

Letter Roads TM, is the original idea of a 3 year old boy back in 2003, who was struggling to grasp what all those funny shapes meant, the ones his mum insisted on drawing and calling the alphabet.  When he turned his mum’s drawings into roads, a fantastic way of learning the alphabet was born. 

He picked up his cars and started tracing the letter shapes and having fun.  For the first time, he was showing some interest in the letters of the alphabet. Letter Roads has now been produced professionally, it is a truly great kinesthetic way of learning. 

There are 26, A3 size alphabet floor mats in each set, in which letters are made into roads. With the help of a few toy cars from your classroom, they will begin to recognise letter shapes and build up those all important gross motor skills. 

Each letter has a phonetic picture to link the letter sounds and each letter can be linked to another for the children to join them up and make words.  

Letter Roads was so well received at the Education Show in Olympia in October, that over 50 sets were sold to schools in just one week.
