Special Stories has had yet another award winning year in 2009!
We were awarded a silver medal in the Moonbeam Children’s Books Award in the U.S.A. for our Special Stories Series 2 collection of books.
Special Stories was also the Leinster champion of the Ulster Bank Business Achievers Awards for social entrepreneurship. The national finals will be held early next year so wish us luck!
The launch of The Special Stories Series 2 took place in September and was attended by a host of Special Stories’ supporters including Chloe Crilly age 3 and a half. Christopher Lane age 4 and Charlie Bowe Brennan age 5. A big thank you to all the Mums & Dads, Caroline Carswell, Wilson Hartnell PR, Ogilvy, and to all involved, for their help on the day.
