HELP RESCUE ENDANGERED ANIMALS, WITH PLANET RESCUE(tm) FROM UBISOFT

Ubisoft proudly presents Planet Rescue, a new exciting and fun range of games which help children learn about the environment and endangered animals. While children play, they also learn about environmental issues, and simple things which they can do to help create a healthier environment.

Aimed at both boys and girls aged 6-12, the Planet Rescue range of video games hosts a selection of stimulating and enjoyable games that help inspire young minds. There are four fantastic games within the range; Planet Rescue(tm) Ocean Patrol, Planet Rescue(tm) Animal Emergency, Planet Rescue(tm) Endangered Island (all available on Nintendo DS(tm)) and Planet Rescue(tm) Wildlife Vet (available on Nintendo Wii(tm)) all of which will open children's eyes to environmental issues in a fun, engaging and educational way.

With Planet Rescue Ocean Patrol, help your uncle build an eco-friendly sanctuary for endangered marine species. You will also rescue hurt or sick sea animals located around an untouched island, explore the island and develop conservation areas to nurture the local wildlife. As you play, you learn ab out the environment and how its conservation impacts wildlife.

In Planet Rescue Animal Emergency, you are a young vet, opening your animal clinic. As a vet you will need to take care of your neighbours' domestic pets and also exotic baby animals which was your specialisation during your
studies. As time goes by and more sick animals are brought to you, you start to wonder whether there might be something wrong in the area and your skills as a conservationist may be called upon.

You're called in for an emergency with Planet Rescue Endangered Island. The explosion of an off-shore oil rig is destroying the fragile balance that enabled an island to foster an incredible variety of wildlife. An international organisation for the protection of the environment called "Earth Rescue Team" decides to organise an emergency operation in order to restore the island's biodiversity. As a member of this team, your mission is to save this wonderful island and to rescue the wildlife.

It's time to get your hands dirty with Planet Rescue Wildlife Vet. You have a great opportunity to join the most prestigious NGO vet clinic in the world. But it's not easy! You must pass the test period and start your new permanent job in this environmental organisation. Besides managing your own clinic, you will tour the world to rescue, heal and nurture some of the world 's most exotic animals. Most of them are endangered species like the sea turtle, Florida panther, giraffe or the China panda bear.

Planet Rescue Ocean Patrol, Planet Rescue Animal Emergency, Planet Rescue Endangered Island on Nintendo DS(tm) are available for a suggested retail price of £29.99 from 14th November 2008. Planet Rescue Wildlife Vet on Nintendo Wii(tm) is available for a suggested retail price of £19.99 from 28th November.
