Cooking with Kids: Rainbow Coloured Easter Eggs
This year boil your Easter eggs first, peel and then dye them to create a colourful rainbow of Easter eggs that the whole family will love!
Eggs, Water and Food Colouring
- Place your eggs in a saucepan and boil for 6 minutes.
- Turn heat off and let them sit covered for 12 minutes then run lukewarm water over them until they can be handled.
- Blend 20 drops of food colouring with ½ cup water in a small bowl. Place the eggs into coloured water and allow them to sit for two hours. Remove eggs from coloured water, rinse well and serve.
