Lesley Waters Whips Up Pink Fish Macaroni for Fussy Toddlers

We all know what it’s like when it comes to tea time with toddlers – it can be hard enough getting them to sit still at the table let alone anything else! Between the ages of one and three years it can be difficult to get them to eat the right foods, and to know if they are getting enough nutrients, particularly as some toddlers can become fussy eaters during this time.

Help is here with Celebrity Chef and mother Lesley Waters along with SMA Nutritionist Anne Sidnell who have designed 6 easy meals to satisfy your toddler’s taste buds, and helps provide balanced meals with key nutrients like Iron, Omega 3 & 6 and Vitamin D that toddlers need for healthy growth and development.

The first Toddler Tastes recipe Lesley will be cooking in the series is Scout’s Pink Fish Macaroni, her daughter’s favourite meal when she was a toddler.

Lesley & Anne’s tip: Salmon is really great to use in this recipe it is a mild fish most children like and it also contains omega 3 which is important for brain and eye development.

*Unlike cows’ milk a 200 ml serving of SMA Toddler Milk will provide up to 50% of a toddler’s daily requirement of key vitamins and minerals, including Iron, Omega 3 & 6, and Vitamin D.   Some of the recipes have been made with SMA Toddler Milk.
