Parentline Plus Live Chat

Parentline Plus, the 24 hour support service, is currently piloting a new free online chat service that enables parents and carers to talk in real time to Parentline Plus’ trained advisors regarding any parenting or family issues.

The live chat service www.parentlineplus.org.uk/livechat is available Monday to Thursday (9am-4.30pm) and Friday (9am-12.30pm) with all chats kept confidential between parents and the Parentline Plus online support team.

Offering the opportunity to talk in real time, the online chat service is in addition to the information and practical support already available from Parentline Plus via the helpline, email, website and local support services

Parents who require support outside live chat opening hours, can call the free, confidential, 24 hour Parentline on 0808 800 2222 or email parentsupport@parentlineplus.org.uk

Response to the live chat service will be assessed in April, when Parentline Plus will take a decision on the continuation of the project.
