UK Magazine
Launched in Bristol in 1989 with 10,000 copies, Primary Times is a free distribution magazine targeting the parents of primary school children aged 4-11 years.
Published seven times a year, immediately prior to each school holiday plus a ‘back to school’ issue, it is delivered by reputable distribution companies to the schools.
Allocated to individual classes, it is then taken home by the children themselves, where our research tells us it remains for up to six to eight weeks.
Supplemented with editorials on issues relevant to their lifestyle, Primary Times is principally a What’s On - What to Do – Where to Go Guide for parents who are bound by the commonality of their ‘lifestage’ i.e. having 4-11 year olds in full time education.
Eighteen years on, and somewhat flushed with success, the magazine is distributed to over two million homes across 58 regions in the UK and Ireland, each with its own indigenous edition run by local professionals who have a great affinity with the region they serve.
