1. By using this offer you accept these Terms and Conditions and are bound by the Regulations currently in force at THORPE PARK copies of which are available on request.

2. This offer entitles adults aged 12 years and over entry at £18.75 each, and children aged 11 years and under entry at £16 each.

3. Visitors under 1 metre in height enter free of charge.

4. Visitors under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a person 18 years of age or over.

5. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other discounted or concessionary rates, Annual or Family Passes, inclusive travel packages, pre-booked or timed tickets.

6. This offer is valid between 28 March - 8 November 2009 excluding 6 -10 July and 29 – 31 October 2009.

7. THORPE PARK reserves the right, to refuse entry and to close and/or alter all or any part of the facilities including closure of the rides and/or attractions for technical, operational, health and safety or other reasons including overcapacity.
