A beautiful, single storey 4 bedroom detached villa located in the Languedoc wine region in the South of France that they rent out to people looking for a real home-from-home holiday or short break.

It is set up as a home, rather than just a rental property and as such, it is extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need.

We know what it can be like, holidaying with young children and having to lug so much equipment and paraphernalia away with you, so we aim to alleviate that stress and provide everything you could possibly need, including 2 cots (1 travel cot & 1 standard wooden cot), pushchair, stage 1 car seat, booster car seat (3yrs +) regular highchair, portable booster highchair, digital baby monitors, changing mat, potty and toilet seat, steam steriliser, baby bouncer chair, plastic cups, bowls, plates and cutlery, extensive garden play equipment (including swing, trapeze, double swing, slide, rocker, sandpit, paddling pool, children’s boules for the boules area, garden jenga, sand & pool toys), good selection of toys, board games and adult and children’s books, bath toys, children's DVDs, plus much more!

We have just had wireless broadband installed that is available for our guests to use and there is also a landline which can be made available for guests to use.

The villa has 4 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a very spacious and airy living/dining room and bright and fantastically equipped kitchen-breakfast room. There is a delightful conservatory beyond the living area that leads onto the terraces and into the gardens.

The villa offers both air-conditioning and full central heating, as well as a splendid wood burner in the living room for guests visiting during the winter.
The terraces offer a fantastic place to enjoy al-fresco cooking and dining, with a large built-in barbecue beside a large pergola and outside dining area. We provide a dartboard and giant garden jenga for your amusement and there is boules area for you to enjoy too!

Although there are some wonderful restaurants to visit, the local produce from the town and village markets is extraordinary and makes self catering a pleasure. The well equipped kitchen offers everything you have at home - fan oven, induction hob & extractor fan, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, microwave, espresso machine, cafetiere etc and in the utility room, there is the washing machine, an additional fridge that we use as a drinks fridge, iron & ironing board, dartboard etc.

Safety is of paramount importance to us. At Villa Karli, as the property is detached, it is fully enclosed by hedges, walls and fencing and the front entrance gates can be locked. Similarly, the swimming pool is also full secure, again with a double locking gate.

The villa is in the heart of the village, just a few minutes walk from the local amenities. Just a short drive brings you to some stunning, award winning Blue Flag white sandy beaches on the shores of the Med. However, although the sea & sand is extremely enticing, there is SO much to see and do in the area that you are spoilt for choice. Just before departure, guests receive an extensive information pack providing lots of information about where to go and what to see and do!

Luxury Mobile Home in Brittany

This is a top of the range three bedroom mobile home situated on a secluded 4 star campsite no more than 10 minutes drive from beautiful Brittany beaches.

You could pay at least £1000 for the same mobile from one of the big companies, but you can rent our mobile home with one double and two twin bedrooms, sleeping up to 6 people for only £595 in mid-season dropping to £200 at the end or start of the season.

The mobile home has a shower room with toilet and wash basin plus a separate toilet with wash basin.

The front style spacious living room (see picture) with adjacent and well-placed kitchen, gives you a nice comfortable inside area to sit around without the feeling of being cramped you get with smaller mobile homes.

Outside there is a large decking area with two doors opening onto it, where you can enjoy those sunny Brittany evenings. The decking, with table and chairs, parasol, BBQ and two sun loungers, catches the sun for the maximum possible time including late evening.
The kitchen has a full gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, and kettle. A gas boiler provides instant hot water. There are plenty of storage cupboards and also a full complement of crockery, cutlery and utensils.

Camping Bel Air has a large leisure park, free of charge to mobile home residents, and is situated close to beaches and only 15 minutes drive from the historic city of Quimper.

On site facilities include an amply heated, covered swimming pool, water slides, a toboggan run, bouncy castles, pedal go-carts, the hop on train to take you round the park, free children’s club, crazy golf, table tennis tables and tennis courts. There is evening entertainment in the bar, which includes pool tables, disco nights and even onsite internet access. Also on site is a laundrette, shop and a café offering evening and take-away meals.

The lake provides fishing, pedalos and plenty of walks together with the wooded area.
