TOYOTA DREAM CAR ART CONTEST
Toyota Ireland is calling all kids to let their imagination drive far and come up with a piece of inspired artwork depicting their ‘Dream Car’ of the future. The national competition is open to children under the age of sixteen, and entrants are in with a chance to win a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Japan as well as other great prizes such as an Xbox Kinect, a Nintendo 3DS, and Art supplies for your school.
Children across three age group categories (Under 10 years, 10-12 years, 13-15years) are being asked to draw or paint their idea of their ‘Dream Car’ using standard art materials such as markers, paint or crayons (digital submissions will not be accepted). All submissions must be in colour and include a car and a background or setting, and should be sent either to Toyota dealerships around Ireland (a full list at www.toyota.ie) or to Toyota Ireland, Toyota Dream Car Art Contest, Administration Office, Killeen Road, Dublin 12.
A panel of judges of well known Irish celebrities such as Don Conroy and Emma O’Driscoll along with Toyota Ireland will choose five prize-winning finalists in each category. The talented fifteen winners will be announced in February 2012 and will be put forward into the global competition where their selected art works will compete with international winners on a fantastic four-day trip to Japan.
