TERMS & CONDITIONS
• This competition is open to all primary schools in the republic of Ireland. The people submitting the entry on behalf of the school must be aged 18 years or over, and have permission from the school to enter the competition on the schools behalf. Non-school entries will not be entered into the competition.
• Employees of Procter & Gamble Ireland, Primary Times and its affiliates or agents, the families of such employees and any other person connected with this promotion are excluded from entering the competition.
• To enter, ensure you read and accept the terms and conditions, complete the entry form and post your ‘Dish of Best Wishes’ image to Primary Times- Olympic School competition, PO box 10321, Dublin 6W before the 1st of February 2012
• Entries that do not include Dishes of Best Wishes relating to the London 2012 Olympics / Paralympic Games will not be eligible to enter.
• All entries received by the 1st of February 2012 that include a name, address, school name, class, school address, email and telephone number will be entered into the competition
• There will be one prize of €5,000
• Entries will be assessed against the following criteria:
1. relevance to Dishes of Best Wishes London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games competition of sending your good luck wishes to athlete and teams competing;
2. Originality;
and 3. Creativity.
The winner will be selected by a judging panel consisting of members of the Primary Times and P&G.
• The Dishes of Best Wishes design winner will notified in writing and will be announced on the Primary Times Web site on or before the 29th of February 2011
• Each school can enter multiple designs.
• Entry constitutes consent to any publicity generated as a result of the competition, and use on websites, social networking sites, magazines or mobile services at any time without further consent or payment.
• The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize of equal or greater value in the event of circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control.
• The Promoter reserves the right to change the conditions of this competition as and when its sees fit at any time.
• The Promoter will not be liable for entries / applications not received, incomplete, delayed or damaged.
