Best Family Holiday Tunisia / Africa / Egypt / Morocco 2010 Competition Entries

My most enjoyable family holiday was when I was little at the Avontura Resorts in South Africa. We really felt grown up running around on our 'own' (My mother was more than likely keeping her eagle eye on us) and meeting new friends.

Nicole van Deventer, London

Bellevue resort, Tunisia, was so fantastic as it was a beautiful building and the staff were lovely and always there at your assitance! very beautiful!

Tony Quandt, Crawley

Holiday Village, Sharm el Sheik, Egypt. Wonderful weather so kids in the pool quite literally dawn 'til dusk. Good food. Caring and comitted entertainment team who were there for the children. Swim teachers who wanted your child to swim.

Sonia Scott, Louth

Egypt - it was fantastic- the whole family were together and we saw the pyramids, the sphinx, the valleys of the kings and queens, Tutankhamen, sun rise from a hot air balloon, and the sun set whilst on the nile.

Julie Bennett, Killamarsh

My favourite family holiday was a trip to Egypt, where we visited the pyramids in Cairo, followed by the Valley of the Kings in Luxor. A holiday of a lifetime.

Natasha Towers, Slough

Had to be our trip to South Africa to visit my sister-in-law. Stunning scenery, safaris offering up-close encounters with the Big 5, fine wine & great food on the bri!

Julie Letchworth, Boothby Pagnell

Each day in the Kruger National Park, South Africa started at sun up when we climbed into 4x4s and headed off to into the bush. No two days were the same, from following a herd of elephants to tracking a cheetah across country. A truly memorable trip.

Christine Constable, Coulsdon
